Forbes China has released the list of "Chinese Celebrity 100” for the 2012.
That is the list, which ranks the Chinese celebrities who had the most ‘outstanding’ performances in their respective disciplines (entertainment and the arts, sports, etc.)
There are criteria that Forbes used to compile the list:
* Timeframe: from March 1st, 2011 to February 29th, 2012
* Wealth (Income) and Media Exposure
* 2009 was the first year that Forbes started incorporating celebrities from Hong Kong and Taiwan becides Mainland China
In accordance to the list Takeshi Kaneshiro is the 75th among the celebrities. He gained 23 500 000 000 Yuan during the listed year. He is 71st on his wealth ranking, 85 as being exposed in the Iternet, ranking 68th as gaining exposure in the newspapers and 51 for the appearances in the magazines and on television.

Coca-Cola Company has made the new hybrid tea brand Sokenbicha (爽健美茶 Shuang jianmei cha "cool bodybuilding tea") to Hong Kong and invited Takeshi Kaneshiro to make the CM together with the Japanese production team who were making the video in the Thai forest near Chiang Mai were they were making shots at the waterfalls and surrounded by beautiful nature.
It was filmed in a forest to capture the different periods of sunshine. They arrived at the scene at 5am. Takeshi has always loved nature and was very excited to shoot by a giant waterfall.
