On the 1st of February, 2012 it was announced that there shall be The 36th Hong Kong International Film Festival (HKIFF) held in Hong Kong from 21 March to 5 April 2012.
This year in line of the Peter Ho-Sun Chan, Filmmaker in Focus, the festival represents three movies with Takeshi Kaneshiro: Perhaps Love, Warlords and Wu Xia; Perhaps Love
